{"id":33798,"date":"2016-12-21T12:00:07","date_gmt":"2016-12-21T08:30:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nsgco.ir\/waterproofing-swimming-pools-with-nsg-products\/"},"modified":"2025-05-05T11:39:22","modified_gmt":"2025-05-05T08:09:22","slug":"waterproofing-swimming-pools-with-nsg-products","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nsgco.co\/en\/waterproofing-swimming-pools-with-nsg-products\/","title":{"rendered":"Waterproofing Swimming Pools with NSG Products"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>For waterproofing a concrete swimming pool, we proceed as follows:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Step 1:\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nClean all surfaces from petroleum-based materials.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2:\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nIf surface or deep cracks exist on pool walls or floor, open and clean the cracks in a V-shaped manner.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 3:\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nUsing <span style=\"color: #008000\"><strong>adhesive and N50 concrete additive<\/strong><\/span> with 25% waterproofing and 75% strength enhancement properties, repair cracks to achieve a uniform surface.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 4:\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nPerform chamfering using <span style=\"color: #008000\"><strong>N50 concrete additive and adhesive<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stage 5:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For the final layer isolation, we use a <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">waterproofing adhesive and Z90 resin<\/span><\/strong> that has 100% waterproofing properties. The waterproofing adhesive and<strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"> Z90<\/span><\/strong> resin have a three-stage implementation method known as the 222 formula (this method includes 3 stages, with each stage being performed twice).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stage One: Mix one unit of waterproofing adhesive and <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Z90<\/span><\/strong> resin with one unit of water, and apply using a brush or spray gun.<\/li>\n<li>Stage Two: In one container, mix one unit of waterproofing adhesive and <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Z90<\/span><\/strong> resin with one unit of water. In another container, separately combine one unit of cement and two units of sieved stone powder (<strong><span style=\"color: #800000\">Silica SI30<\/span><\/strong>), ensuring the resulting slurry is brush-applicable.<\/li>\n<li>Stage Three: Repeat Stage One (one unit of waterproofing adhesive and <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Z90<\/span><\/strong> resin + one unit of water)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Notice:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you want the final work surface to have color, add 3 base water units of paint to the third stage (1 unit of Z90 resin sealing adhesive + 1 unit of water + 3 units of acrylic paint)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To waterproof a concrete swimming pool, first clean and repair all cracks, then use specialized additives for crack filling and chamfering.
