A milky liquid with sealing and adhesive properties, used in mortar or plaster mixtures with a maximum thickness of 5 cm. It is based on acrylic resins and utilizes nanotechnology. It is applied in various types of cement mortar and plaster, such as stone, tile, and mosaic installation mortar, subflooring, screeding, and sloping of parking walls and floors, roofs, bathrooms, and sanitary facilities, plaster and mortar for swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzis finishing, concrete and septic tanks, drinking water tanks and fish breeding ponds, rooftop gardens, terraces, etc.
The B70 mortar adhesive and additive can withstand temperatures from -75°C to +350°C after application and is environmentally friendly. This product is fragrant and highly resistant to detergents, UV rays, and CO2 gas.

Enhancing the adhesion coefficient and preventing the corrosion of rebar and other metal components involved in cement mortars, preventing crack formation in cement structures due to temperature fluctuations and freeze-thaw cycles, creating density in the mortar, repairing and filling voids on the mortar surface, balanced drying speed, approved by laboratories under the supervision of the Ministry of Health for use in potable water tanks
Ensure the final surface is solid, free from settlement, and lacks cracks in the subbase layer. (Structural crack repairs using N50 concrete adhesive and additives are performed before waterproofing procedures.)
A: Soft plaster or mortar for finishing
Combine one unit of adhesive and additive for B70 mortar with three units of water and use it to make a pointing mortar or slurry. (One unit of cement plus two units of sieved stone powder (micronized silica SI30) is the most suitable dry mixture for pointing mortar.)
B: Cement Mortar Work
Combine one unit of adhesive and additive mortar B70 with three units of water and use it for repair mortar or cementing. (One unit of cement + five units of washed sand (without soil) is the most suitable dry mix for cementing mortar.)

The difference lies in the thickness of the mortar. Adhesive and additives for B70 mortar are used in mortars with a maximum thickness of up to 5 centimeters.
In structures that are in constant contact with water, no; after applying cementing for 100% waterproofing of the surface, Z90 waterproofing adhesive (application method 222) must be used.
