Slope Adjustment

Slope Adjustment

The Slope Adjustment and final flooring are not separate from the reinforcement and waterproofing layers of the structure; they are completely related and serve as the foundation for the next layer. This means that if we require a surface with an appropriate slope and resistance to water and moisture, cleaning agents, weather factors, algae, moss, bacteria, etc., we must pay special attention to waterproofing and reinforcement from the very beginning of execution.

At NSG Company, the first layer of insulation begins from the concrete surface. The concrete surfaces of bathrooms, kitchens, rooftops, roof gardens, yards, terraces, balconies, etc., are the first areas where waterproofing must be ensured. Under no circumstances (even during floor excavation) should water and moisture penetrate the underlying surfaces of these areas. Therefore, before laying the lightweight concrete and creating the screed, we seal the concrete surface with Z90 waterproofing adhesive and resin, connecting this surface with the drainage pipes, and then proceed to create subsequent layers.

Leveling Line requires high resistance because it serves as a barrier between the selected leveling sections and must have greater strength than other layers, ensuring it never settles or deteriorates. Therefore, to create the leveling mortar or chromatic line, we use N50 concrete adhesive and additives.

Additionally, lightweight construction and reducing dead load in building ceilings are among the most critical factors in controlling earthquake shock absorption and preventing structural settlement. Thus, when creating floor slopes and filling excess space, one of the best materials is mineral and industrial aggregates.
