Introduction to PBP Powder Tile Adhesive

A cement-based powder with polymer additives, having a density of 1.55 kg/l, is used for installing various floor coverings and can withstand material weights of up to 40 kg/m².

Applications of Powdered Tile Adhesive PBP

PBP powdered tile adhesive, due to its high adhesion to surfaces without the need for additional reinforcement, is used for installing various types of tiles, ceramics, stones, and bricks (especially in environments adjacent to water and moisture such as bathrooms, toilets, pools, and saunas).

Suitable surfaces for installation include: concrete, cement-sand mortar, glazed tiles, treated wood with a solid substrate, without any plywood and free from any oily substances. Additionally, to enhance resistance and waterproofing, a mixture of one unit of adhesive and N50 concrete additive with three units of water can be used. (The initial setting time is 3 hours, and the final setting time is 7 days.

Approximate consumption rate of PBP powder tile adhesive

For smooth surfaces: 2 kg/m²

For rough surfaces: between 5 to 10 kg/m² with a thickness of 3 to 6 mm

Reducing the amount of water mixture and maintaining a high purity of the product does not necessarily improve quality. Therefore, please ensure that the specified components are used in the correct proportions.
The specified consumption rate is approximate and may vary in each project, requiring testing.
After application, the products dry in the air, and the drying time will vary depending on the season of application (cold or warm weather), ambient temperature and humidity, wind speed, and air flow.
To preserve the product over a long period, store it in its original packaging, without mixing with water, at a temperature between 15°C and 30°C, and away from direct sunlight (in accordance with storage conditions).
