Permanent replacement for traditional insulations
Color fading after execution
Simultaneously
Eco-friendly, UV-resistant, and CO²-resistant.
Raw and permeable surfaces
Acrylic paints and color pigments
Without life hazard
Ease of execution, no need for cement and plaster mortar, applicable with brush and spray gun, reduction of insulation layer thickness, no restrictions on application on walls and heights, no sweating and peeling of waterproofing layers over time, resistance to damage and puncturing against natural structural stresses, reduction of labor and material costs, compatibility with various acrylic (water-based) paints, certified by laboratories under the Ministry of Health for use in drinking water reservoirs.
It can be applied to all permeable surfaces such as cement, concrete, stone, plaster, brick, wood, etc., and is used in the following cases:
It is often used as a topcoat for the final covering and insulation of surfaces such as swimming pools, building facades, drinking water concrete tanks or septic tanks, roofs and roof gardens, bathrooms, terraces, parking lots, etc. The maximum allowable thickness for this product is 5 millimeters, and it should be kept separate from mixing with concrete or cement mortar.
Suitable for locations and surfaces where the color and appearance of the work should not change (mixed with a ratio of water depending on the type of work) and applied with a brush or spray gun.
It is clear that the use of waterproof adhesive and resin Z90 on impermeable surfaces such as polished and pre-resined stones, glazed tile and ceramic surfaces, non-raw wood, and all surfaces previously covered with paint, coatings, or petroleum-based additives (various thinners, bitumen, insulation materials, and other petroleum derivatives) is not directly feasible. Therefore, these layers must be removed before application.
Given the high strength of waterproofing and resistance to negative and positive water pressure, this product has the highest consumption and application in specialized insulation sectors.
First, ensure the final surface is solid, there is no settlement, and there are no cracks in the sublayer. (For repairing structural cracks, use N50 concrete adhesive before proceeding with waterproofing.)
Then, clean the structure’s surface of any contaminants (grease, dust, petroleum products such as form oil and oil-based paints, old coatings, etc.) and wash the concrete or mortar surface using a spraying method to prepare it for application.
B: Combination with color
If you wish to paint the structure, you can use a mixture of three parts acrylic paint (water-based) with one part solution A in the third stage.
Apply Solution A to the surface using a brush or pump in two complete coats.
Note: Depending on the application area and the level of porosity present on the surface, the required permeability, clarity, and gloss, as well as the preservation of natural appearance or enhancement of shine, the number of application coats may vary and should be tested.
Please apply each step of the 222 method only with a narrow brush directly on the grout joints.
Note that none of the above steps should be executed using the traditional grouting method (i.e., spreading grout over the entire surface), as products will be difficult to remove from surfaces once dried.
For each square meter of waterproofing, 600 cc.
for each square meter of resin, 300 cc.

No, Z90 sealant and resin cannot be mixed into the mortar due to their elastic properties and are only applied as a top coat on surfaces.
No, the Z90 sealant and resin can be applied on non-petroleum permeable surfaces, and in these cases, it is only applied on joints and fillets. Tiles and ceramics are waterproof due to their glazing and practically do not require insulation.
Due to factors such as temperature, air circulation, direct sunlight, etc., it is not possible to specify an exact drying time; however, it becomes evident in the appearance of the work when the previous stage has dried.
No, the Z90 sealing adhesive and resin do not have solvents after drying and can be applied on permeable surfaces.
Yes, approximately with execution method 222, each 20-liter gallon covers 30 square meters (600 cc per square meter).
No, we first dry the support with setting powder and crystalline powder, then we apply the waterproofing adhesive and Z90 resin
The method 111 can be implemented.
Approximately 300 cc is consumed per square meter.
