Water-based paint is considered the most common type of construction paint in developed countries. As the name suggests, these paints are made with water as a base, making them completely odorless and hygienic. They are recognized as environmentally friendly paints and are entirely harmless to both human health and the environment. Additionally, these types of paints are very easy to apply, requiring minimal effort, and can even be used by inexperienced individuals or children. The cost of these paints is very economical, and their repair and restoration in subsequent years do not require sanding or puttying, allowing for low-cost maintenance.

The only drawback of plastic and water-based paints is their lack of stability and resistance against detergents, alkaline substances, acids, and water. This weakness can be completely overcome by combining them with waterproofing adhesive and Z90 resin.

Incorporating this product into water-based paints significantly enhances their stability, resistance, color penetration ability, and waterproofing properties, allowing surfaces to be washed directly with water.

The waterproofing adhesive and Z90 resin can completely seal all gypsum, concrete, cement structures, as well as surfaces like fiber cement boards, slate, stone, and mosaic without changing their color.
