Frequently Asked Questions

In every cubic meter of mortar, there are approximately 150 liters of water. If we assume the product is mixed with water at a ratio of 1 to 4, then we will have a total of 5 units. By dividing 150 by 5, we find that the consumption of the product is 30 liters.

The resistance of concrete blocks depends on their grade, but typically ranges from 20 to 25 kilograms per square centimeter. Using N50 concrete adhesive and additive or B70 mortar adhesive and additive in the construction of the blocks will increase their final resistance.

Assuming the mortar thickness is 3 cm, we have:

Powder Phase: Approximately 40 kg of sand, approximately 10 kg of cement. Liquid Phase: Approximately 5 liters. In case of using N50 concrete adhesive and additive: One unit of N50 concrete adhesive and additive + five units of water. In case of using B70 mortar adhesive and additive: One unit of B70 mortar adhesive and additive + three units of water.

Note: Z90 sealant and resin cannot be mixed with mortar and is used for insulation layer application with formula 222, consuming approximately 600 cc per square meter.

1800 kilograms per cubic meter, and the best sand for cementing with N50 concrete adhesive and additive or B70 mortar adhesive and additive, is double-washed sand.

Cement is approximately 400 kilograms, and N50 concrete adhesive and additives are about 30 liters

The waterproofing adhesive and Z90 resin cannot be mixed with mortar or concrete. For use in mortars with a thickness of 4 cm, the B70 mortar adhesive and additive can be used. For concrete pouring or mortars without thickness limitations, the N50 concrete adhesive and additive can be used.

Generally, these products are designed for insulation, and they cannot be used solely as thermal insulation.
