Floor Sealing without Demolition:
- We first clean out the loose and weak points between the joints
- Using a waterproofing adhesive and Z90 resin, we create a thick paste with a mix ratio of one part product to one part water, one unit of cement, and two units of SI30 silica. We then inject this mixture into the joints.
- After it dries, we use a damp cloth to wipe down the surfaces, removing any excess paste from around the joints to maintain the aesthetic appearance of the work.
- Once the joint sealing is dry, we apply a solution of one-to-one waterproofing adhesive and Z90 resin mixed with water over all the joints.
Waterproofing of concrete walls:
- To create a completely smooth and seamless surface, we use N50 concrete adhesive and additive for grouting.
- We mix the N50 concrete adhesive and additive with water in a 1:3 ratio, then add cement to create a relatively thin paste. This paste is injected into the cracks.
- After the paste dries, we mix the waterproofing adhesive and Z90 resin with water in a 1:1 ratio and apply two coats to the wall surface, allowing each coat to dry before applying the next.
- Next, using a paste made from a mixture of one part product and one part water, plus one unit of cement and two units of SI30 silica, we apply two coats to the wall surface, ensuring each coat dries before applying the next.
Note: If there are pipes or plumbing connections at the level of the screed, we use PLC mesh to ensure they are fully encased. After applying the first layer of mortar, we place the mesh in the mentioned areas and fill the surface of the mesh completely with mortar until the mesh openings are fully filled.
- Then, we apply two coats of a mixture consisting of one part waterproofing adhesive and one part Z90 resin, with water, to the wall surfaces, allowing the previous coat to dry before applying the next one.
