Jacuzzi Insulation

Jacuzzi Insulation

The construction and waterproofing of a Jacuzzi involve excavation and debris removal, followed by stone laying, drainage, and concrete pouring. After reinforcing with rebar and completing the concrete structure, a specialized base leveling layer is applied, and advanced waterproofing is performed using sealing adhesive and Z90 resin, ensuring long-term water tightness before final tiling with B70 adhesive and additives.

The stages of constructing and insulating a Jacuzzi:

  1. Excavation and Debris Removal: Excavation for the Jacuzzi is carried out using appropriate machinery and tools. Afterward, the generated debris is removed from the site by debris transport vehicles.
  2. Stone Laying and Drainage: Following the excavation and debris removal, stone laying and drainage of the floor are executed along with concrete pouring.
  3. Rebar and Formwork Installation: After completing the stone laying system, the surface is reinforced with rebar. (This process typically involves using No. 12 deformed rebar in two strands spaced 20 cm apart from each other.)
  4. Concrete Pouring: The floor and walls of the pool are poured with an average of 20 to 25 cm of concrete. (It is recommended to perform this operation using N50 concrete adhesive and additives.)
  5. Insulation Operations: Initially, for the primary insulation base layer and to address any gaps, a leveling layer is applied. Then, waterproofing is achieved using a sealing adhesive and Z90 resin (method 222).
  6. Tiling: After completing the insulation operations, tiling is done using mortar made with B70 adhesive and additives. This translation maintains the technical accuracy and clarity of the original text.
