Grouting with Z90 Waterproofing Adhesive and Resin:
- Clean the joints from moss, algae, and dirt, and after washing, wait for them to dry completely.
- If the joints have weak and porous areas, use wire brushes to clear them out.
- Step One: Mix one unit of Z90 waterproofing adhesive and resin with one unit of water, applying it only between the joints using a brush.
- Step Two: In a separate container, combine one unit of Z90 waterproofing adhesive and resin with one unit of water, and in another container, mix one unit of cement with two units of sieved stone powder (silica SI30) to create a slurry that can be applied with a brush.
- Step Three: Repeat Step One by mixing one unit of Z90 waterproofing adhesive and resin with one unit of water and apply it over the grouted areas using a brush.
Note:
- Please ensure that all the above steps are carried out uniformly and with sufficient drying time between each layer.
- If other surfaces (such as tiles, ceramics, etc.) become contaminated during the process, clean them immediately with a damp cloth before they dry.
